Case Study

October 2010:  A large wholesale club needed to mail 110,000 4-color selfmailers.  The client had artwork and mailing data files.  Pretty simple project, except that it was Wednesday afternoon, and the project needed to be completed and prepared for destination-entry logistics by Monday morning in order to meet to the sale date.

Other vendors declined due to the schedule.

By Wednesday afternoon, we had set up a USPS mailing permit, ordered paper, prepared proofs and gotten approval to offset print.  We got the paper Thursday, and printed into the night.  Meanwhile we processed through CASS/NCOA and presorted the data.  We cut the stock on Friday, inkjet-addressed Friday night and Saturday, and mailed on Monday morning.  Without a hitch.  We had a happy client and they had a successful campaign.
