Case Study

An independent real estate agency wanted to personalize their direct mail message by referring each potential customer to a specific agent to assist them in purchasing a home. 

The client provided 12 images and contact information for each agent in pdf format, and one mailing file with an indicator in each record referring to the agent. 

JetMail set up variable data logic within each data record to link each agent’s image to the specified mail recipient.  JetMail then set up one presorted file for optimal postal discounts, digitally printed the selfmailer matching the variable images to the mailing information, sorted and mailed.

The result was one mailstream with a customized message for each prospect- truly a one-to-one marketing program!
